COREpaver: permeable for water flowWhat is a Stormwater Managemant BMP? A Best Management Practice (BMPs) are designed to reduce stormwater volume, peak flows, and/or nonpoint source pollution through evapotranspiration, infiltration, and/or detention. COREpaver is a fully permeable surface that allows infiltration of stormwater and the core base reduces the rate and quantity of stormwater runoff with its water detention chambers.

COREpaver™ composite masonry is made almost entirely of recycled materials with the physical strength, durability and natural appearance to replace concrete. Composite masonry utilizes up to 95% post-consumer recycled materials (scrap tires and plastics), requires 82% less energy and releases 89% less carbon dioxide than concrete product manufacturer.

Composite Permeable Pavers weigh 2-3 pounds per square foot, versus 30 or more pounds per square foot for concrete permeable pavers. This weight advantage makes our pavers less energy-intensive and less costly to transport, easier to work with on job sites, and great for use in flat and green roof applications.

Work smarter, not harder. Composite Pavers are one-third of the weight of concrete and use a custom designed grid system that dramatically reduces installation time and takes the difficulty out of manually setting and aligning heavy traditional pavers. 

Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Compliant

Slip-resistant and manufactured with spacer lugs that are engineered to maintain a space between pavers. This ensures that our Composite Permeable Pavers can be installed according to ADA Accessibility Guidelines for Buildings and Facilities (ADAAG) which calls for such spaces to be no greater than one-half inch wide.
